I had an issue with my broken finger and saw doctor Esmaeili, he was very caring and courteous while clearly explaining all of my options in relation to surgery and recovery. He really helped relieved my stresses and concerns and i felt I was in good hands at all times, i would highly recommend him if you are in need of a doctor!

Dr Esmaeili treated me after having a serious complication from a filler in my jawline. He was professional, knowledgable, gentle and treated me as I was his only patient. He is not only a great surgeon he is also a special human being and I would trust him 100% In any plastic procedure.

My son has heated his front head in school and had a really deep cut, we were very nervous to do the operation under general anesthetic as my son had lots of cough. We met Dr Ali Esmaeili and he made me feel so comfortable and explained to me the procedure from beginning to end. And finally we decided to do the operation under local anesthetic which is not easy for a five year old kid, but Dr Esmaeili did a great job and the outcome after healing was great I would strongly recommend Dr Esmaeili.

Dr. Esmaeili was doing my operation for melanoma treatment - local excision and sentinel lymph node biopsy. I was diagnosed only 3 months after my best friend passed away from cancer and with my operation being postponed due to hospital's Covid19 backlog, it was a very stressful time for me and for my family abroad. In the morning, during our pre-operation meeting, Dr. Esmaeili patiently explained to me the whole procedure, all pros and cons, possible outcome and aftercare. I mainly appreciated his honesty and that he listened and took into consideration all my concerns. He answered all my questions and I felt very much at ease, for the first time since I’ve been diagnosed actually. The wound healed quickly and the outcome of the operation is beyond my expectations. The treatment required to take quite a big piece of my skin from upper abdomen but except the scar (that is also very neat) there is no sign that something is missing. I highly recommend Dr. Esmaeili, especially if your treatment or operation scares you or worries you in any way. He is not only an outstanding plastic surgeon but he really has therapeutic effect on the patient. And I’m counsellor myself.

When I give the service a rating of 5* I mean it. Not just in one aspect but 5* from consultant, to surgery to aftercare. Consistent 5* service. I was recommended by a friend to see Dr Ali Esmaeili regarding a cyst on my face. Before meeting him he took the time to call me and explain the procedure. I felt so confident knowing understanding I knew that I was in good hands. As soon as I met Dr Ali Esmaeili he made me feel so comfortable and explained to me the procedure from beginning to end. I was extremely nervous as I went to a few different surgeons before hand and it wasn’t a great experience. Once the procedure was done he explained to me the aftercare and answered all my questions. The next few weeks after the procedure Dr Ali Esmaeili was always there to answer my questions which was extremely helpful. I have never had such a great service! I definitely would recommend Dr Ali Esmaeili.
